LUCENT

Lucent (Michaela D.) is a Boston/Virginia based electronic music producer and DJ.She fell in love with electronic music at a young age, primarily through gaming. By age 10, she was inspired to explore production. Like many, she began her journey with Trance and Techno influenced work, but by 17 her focus rapidly shifted after discovering Drum & Bass in 2009 through friends and the Cambridge, Massachusetts D&B institution, Elements.Lucent has worked to become a mainstay name to area producers, collaborators and performers alike. Her eclectic music knowledge and selection contribute to the diversity of her original works and performances.
